1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at www.nasibtrust.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by LCIS Solutions LLC (“LCIS Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company operating the NASIBestate planning document preparation service (“NASIB,” the “Service”). By using the Site or engaging our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.

2. IMPORTANT — We Are Not a Law Firm

Please read this section carefully.

NASIB is a legal document preparation service. We are not a law firm, and we are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Site or the Service.

Document preparation is performed by Corina Bermudez, a California Registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA #289, bonded). A Registered Legal Document Assistant is authorized to prepare legal documents at your specific direction — that is, we type and assemble the documents according to the instructions and decisions you provide. We cannot and do not:

• Tell you which documents you need or should use;
• Give you advice about your legal rights, options, remedies, or strategies;
• Select forms or provisions for you based on your situation;
• Provide tax advice of any kind;
• Provide religious rulings or Islamic scholarly opinions; or
• Represent you in any court or proceeding.

If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney. If you need religious guidance, please consult a qualified Islamic scholar or Imam. We are glad to refer you.

3. Our Services

We prepare California estate planning documents — such as wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives — according to your instructions, with Islamic inheritance principles reflected as you direct. The interpretation of those principles for your specific situation is yours, not ours.

The specific documents, scope, fees, and terms of any individual engagement are set out in a separate written service agreement between you and us, which governs that engagement.

4. Geographic Scope

Our paid document preparation services are limited to matters we are authorized to handle under California law and within the scope of our California Registered Legal Document Assistant registration. We do not currently offer paid document preparation for matters primarily governed by jurisdictions outside California. Matters involving multi-state property, foreign assets, or jurisdiction-specific issues beyond our scope may require referral to a licensed attorney. Educational content and tools on the Site are available generally and are for informational purposes only.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information;
• Making your own decisions about the content of your documents;
• Reviewing all drafts carefully before finalizing;
• Properly executing (signing, witnessing, and notarizing) your documents as instructed; and
• Determining whether the documents we prepare meet your needs, or whether you require the advice of a licensed attorney.

Because we prepare documents at your direction, we are not responsible for decisions you make about their content or for outcomes resulting from those decisions.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are as published on the Site and confirmed in your written service agreement before you commit. Unless otherwise agreed, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due at delivery. We currently accept Square, Zelle, and cash. The final price is always confirmed with you before you commit.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms for your specific engagement are set out in your written service agreement. If you have questions, please contact us at info@nasib.io before work begins.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, tools, calculators, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by LCIS Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use. The documents we prepare for you, once delivered and paid for, are yours to use.

9. Educational Content and Tools

The articles, guides, calculators, and other tools on the Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, or religious advice, and they do not account for your specific circumstances. Calculator results are illustrative estimates, not determinations. Always confirm your specific situation with an appropriate professional.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any document will achieve any particular legal result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCIS Solutions LLC and its owners and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LCIS Solutions LLC and its owners and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at info@nasib.io so we can try to resolve any concern directly. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services is governed by California law as described in the Governing Law section below.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site or Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
