1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how LCIS Solutions LLC (“LCIS Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company operating the NASIBestate planning document preparation service (“NASIB,” the “Service”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website at www.nasibtrust.com (the “Site”) or our services.

NASIB is a legal document preparation service. Document preparation is performed by Corina Bermudez, a California Registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA #289, bonded). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. See our Terms of Service for details on the scope of our services.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to information we collect through the Site and through your interactions with our Service, including our intake form. It does not apply to third-party websites we may link to, which have their own privacy practices.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you use our intake form, contact us, or engage our services, you may provide:

• Identity and contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Family and beneficiary information — details about your spouse, children, dependents, heirs, beneficiaries, guardians, and other individuals relevant to your estate planning.
• Asset and financial information — information about real property, accounts, and other assets you wish to include in your documents.
• Residency and citizenship information — your state of residence and citizenship or immigration status, where relevant to preparing your documents.
• Religious affiliation — your Islamic school of thought (madhab) or related faith preferences, which you provide so that we can prepare documents that reflect Islamic inheritance principles (see Section 4).
• Other estate planning information — any additional details you choose to share so that we can prepare your documents according to your instructions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may collect technical information such as your device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at and navigate the Site. See Section 8 (Cookies and Analytics).

4. Sensitive Personal Information

Some of the information you provide is considered sensitive personal information under California law, including your religious or philosophical beliefs (such as your madhab) and certain identifiers.

We collect this information only because you have chosen to engage a service whose purpose is to prepare faith-aligned estate planning documents, and we use it solely to prepare those documents according to your instructions. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the Service you requested.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Prepare the estate planning documents you request, according to your instructions;
• Communicate with you about your intake, documents, and engagement;
• Confirm details, send drafts, and provide execution guidance;
• Process payments and maintain records of our engagement;
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Service;
• Add you to our waitlist if you are outside the area we currently serve, where you have asked us to;
• Comply with our legal and professional obligations as a California Registered Legal Document Assistant.

We do not use your information to make legal or religious decisions for you. You direct what goes into your documents; we prepare them.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (see Section 7), under agreements that limit their use of your information to providing services to us;
• As required by law, such as in response to a valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or the rights and safety of others;
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or notify you of any material change;
• With your direction or consent, such as when you ask us to coordinate with a notary or refer you to an attorney or scholar.

7. Service Providers

We use the following third-party providers to operate the Service. Each processes information on our behalf:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for your intake submissions and records.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (for example, confirmation and notification emails sent to and from info@nasib.io).
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-oriented site analytics.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics, loaded only after you consent (see Section 8).

These providers have their own privacy practices.

8. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to understand how visitors use the Site.

• Essential / site functionality — necessary for the Site to work.
• Analytics — Vercel Analytics (privacy-oriented, cookieless) and Google Analytics. Google Analytics is loaded only after you give consent through our cookie consent banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and its cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in our footer.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain records of our engagement as required by our professional and legal obligations, and resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

10. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and secure, reputable infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to know / access — to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete — to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions.
• Right to correct — to request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you retain this right.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — we already use sensitive personal information only to provide the Service you requested, as described in Section 4.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

How to exercise your rights. Email us at info@nasib.io with your request. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@nasib.io and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
