What is NASIB?
NASIB is an estate planning document preparation service for Muslim families in California, operated by Louie and Corina Bermudez through LCIS Solutions LLC. Corina is a Registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA #289) in California. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Do you provide legal or religious advice?
No. We prepare documents at your direction only. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or Islamic religious rulings. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney. For religious guidance, consult a qualified Islamic scholar or Imam.
What does "Islamic inheritance principles" mean?
It means your documents are structured with fara'id (Islamic inheritance law) in mind — including proper beneficiary shares, a wasiyyah (bequest) provision, and faith-conscious language. The interpretation of those principles for your specific situation is yours, not ours.
Do you serve clients outside California?
Not yet. Our LDA credentials are California-specific. We are actively expanding. If you are outside California, email us and we will add you to our waitlist for your state.
How does pricing work?
Flat fees, always confirmed before you commit. We require a 50% deposit to begin and collect the balance at delivery. We accept Square (credit/debit), Zelle, and cash. Pilot pricing is locked in for founding families.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after we receive your completed intake form. Rush processing (2–3 days) is available for an additional $100.
